We have implemented the following policies  and procedures for the safety and well being of all our clients and team mates.

Virtual meetings via Zoom are preferred. To help you prepare, please call, text or email to setup a virtual appointment to review your 2022 tax situation.

Virtual document submission. A secure online portal has been set up for you to upload or receive your documents. A link to your secure folder will be provided to you to upload your documents when you are ready.

For business clients “Ask your Accountant” portal in Quickbooks will be used to securely upload or receive business documents.

Electronic signatures. The Canada Revenue Agency has approved the use of E- signatures for the 2022 tax year.  This provision applies to authorization forms T183 or T183CORP, which are forms that are signed in person by millions of Canadians every year to authorize tax preparers to file taxes. You will receive any documents that require your signature via a secure online portal in order to electronically sign and submit your documents.

No contact payments: All payments due can be made online by E transfer, credit cards including debit visa, or by cheque.  We are also accepting cash payments.

Drop off/pick up documents:  This service is available by prior arrangement.  We will safely pick up and drop off your documents respecting all privacy regulations.

We look forward to being of service to you shortly as tax season commences and take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones

Health, Peace and Safety in 2023.

Thank you for your business and referrals.
